The kids are out of town,so I fled the city and did a little hiking.
This is about 3 miles up Butler gulch and a mile off trail

Living in the dismal seepage, swamp flat lands of SW Florida, pictures like that just make me want to leave here so bad.

Even though we went to the most beautiful beaches in the Country today, it still is not like your pictures. That looks awesome!

Breaks my heart every time I think of this point. This isn't the Colorado in which I grew up. Looks the same, but the closer one gets to a population center the wonkier it becomes.
