14 8 3/8 ammo thoughts?

Hello, I recently bought a 14 no dash with a 8 3/8 barrel.I am not sure if i need to consider different ammo than what i use in my model 19s. I currently use 130 grain FMJ made by american eagle. I have found no problems with my 17 no dash 8 3/8 using standard velocity .but thats rimfire of course.I shoot just for fun but would like accuracy.Gun is in like new condition and not broken in yet....Thanks

mine likes 158 grain semi wadcutters the best.

but every gun is different, probally the best answer would be to try different types of .38 special ammo..to find out which weight & bullet type your gun prefers.

But I'll warn you now, you may find yourself with something you'll swear is a one handed .38 caliber rifle.
