I got outbid. Someone wanted it really bad.
Don't worry. That was the second time they listed starting at $0.01.
First time (1086828272) only fetched $1901.00.
Was $3975 enough this time?

I think a lot of us would be living in that mobile home park beside you if we didn't have a little restraint . That's not to say I haven't slept in the other room a couple of times after a visit to my FFL to pick something up .........
Is this the steel frame M-59 that they only released 112 guns to the public? Its definitely a low production gun and a have to have if your a gen1 auto collector. I would already have one, but the M-59 2X4 grip does not fit my hand. And out of the 112, how many survived?

A little history on A490066...
It must have been re-listed due to a Non-Paying bidder?
I bought A490065 from George Wimer in La Grande Or. in 2003 and then sold it to Don Schofield in Florida who had A490066 up for sale, he paired them up and sold them to Gary Gerbacht??(race car driver??) who was buying up minty S&W's right and left at the time before his passing.
I still own A490000 (the 1st) and A490128 (2nd to last ?) bought from George.
I have been selling off my S&W etc. collection on GB the past 2 years under 3GS and A490128 will be going up for sale later this year.
