15-2 (scope mount removed) UPDATED

It came pretty badly bent. I flattened it out overnight with a weight and that was as far as I could get it.

The bend was not disclosed or shown on eBay but I'm ok with it for now.
This diagram doesn't show it, but they were made like that. The bent base acts as a spring to raise the sight when you back off the elevation nut/screw. Tightening the screw draws the sight down. As I mentioned earlier, use a padded C-clamp to draw the front of the base down and tighten the forward screw.
