15/22 cost surprise

Went to the Manatee County, Florida gun show this past weekend to buy another 15/22. To my surprise there where just two of them for sale for 700$.

Last Oct. I bought one for my 12yrs old for Xmas for 450$.

I passed.

What is surprising is that you are surprised. Prices on anything black with a pistol grip is going up and has been for over a month. In general, it's a terrible time to buy but a wonderful time to sell.

Bought the A1 with comp from buds for 630. Yes I could have waited and paid less but I am buying into the hype. This is getting ridiculous. And ups tracking # says it will be delivered to my ffl tomorrow.

Now the ammo search begins.

2 32 rnd mags are on order from promag and now I am searching for a carrying case.

Thanks to this site for all that I have learned so far and will continue to learn.

I got the other one! Not the best price but it was around their standard price, their prices fluctuate all the time.

i picked mine up just 2 weeks ago from bill jacksons in pinellas park florida for $518 out the door.they had some in stock the last time i was there a week ago.you should check them out.
