I have more pics of my rifle here: http://smith-wessonforum.com/smith-wesson-m-p-15-22/102415-m-p-15-22-picture-thread-175.html
I dont have to go on much about the rifle you guys are here you know how great they are. I have 2000rds total thru her now, and did 800 on Saturday. The only issue I had Sat was a light strike, no FTF's, FTE, nothing. Running like a top.
I have always wanted to try a scope on an AR or something similar and I almost pulled the trigger on a Millet DMS 1-4x, but at $200 + $$$ for a mount it was more than I wanted to spend for a plinker that ran me $500.
I opted for the Primary Arms + deluxe forward mount, both came in at $170 and have received good reviews online for the money.
The scope is decent, ok glass for what you pay, eye relief is nice. The only drawback I can find is the illumination is kinda weak-WITH THE INSTALLED BATTERY. It ships with a battery installed and an extra battery in one of the adjustment caps. Once you put in the 2nd battery the ilumination is plenty bright. At the highest 3 settings I was able to use it in day light, but it is not as strong as say my Aimpoint. I couldnt be happier with this optic setup, Im zeroed at 25yds, and at 50yds it shoots about 1-1.25" high POA/POI, and at 100yds its back to zero. Benched at 100yds using 4x, I am able to shoot 1rd per second and keep them all inside a 3" shoot n' c easily. Some targets below from my indoor range, 25yds, me standing, left arm supported but not on a bench.
25yds 1x
25yds 3x
25yd 4x, with a few diff types of ammo. First one is Winchester bulk, others are labeled.
Only 25ft, standing, scope at 1x
