Very nice! Has PC (rounded bottom) Magnas, usually Target sight guns had the square bottom type. Happy 40th birthday!

Yes. I rather doubt those stocks came with that gun.

Have you checked for a serial number impressed into the wood on the inside of the right hand panel?

Yup the SN on the stocks match the revolver.
Very interesting. And COOL! I'll have to check my CM snub. As I recall, it has the standard stocks and they number to the gun. If I find out differently after I rummage through the safe, I'll let you know.

Very nice! Over the last couple months these snub 15's have been coming out of the woodwork. Nice to see...

Nice m15 they just feel good in my hand. I have a 15-4 from 1979 and someone decided they wanted a rb but did put tt and th on it. I do like my smith revolvers original but this one shoots great and feels great in my hand. Bought it right too.

If your looking for a 2" M15 be prepared to be both patient and lucky. I follow them regularly on the big 3 auction sites, GB, GI and GA. Yesterday there was a grand total of 3 listed on GB, owners just don't often part with these jewels. This is a snubbie you can't have to many of IMO.

That someone spent a bunch of money modifying that gun. I like it.
