I have a 15-3 with a 2 inch barrel.

I currently carry 125gr "non +p" Nyclads in this gun.
Accuracy is great up to 25 yds with this ammo.

If I was looking for a little more "performance", would practicing with +P ammo hurt my gun?
Looking at perhaps 25 to 50 rounds a week to practice with.

I like the gun and don't want to have it loosen up too much.
Do any of you have experience with 38+P in a model 15?

That's all mine ever shoots. Those 15-3 2-inchers are certainly nice. Reminds me, I need to get mine out and shoot it. (With some 158gr. +P LSWCHPs.)

Thanks for the info.
I have a box of +P LSWCHP ammo I picked up not too long ago.
I'll try some this weekend.

If you are concerned shoot just a cylinder full, or so, in practice and used standard pressure ammo for the rest.
Then carry +P in the gun.

I like to practice with what I intend on carrying. I have always believed in that, and it has helping with my accuracy in shooting drills.
25 to 50 rounds every Sunday keeps me in good shape and it looks like from your input it will be ok for my gun too.
Thanks.
