I started loading some 45acp on the Dillon this afternoon and the depriming pin keeps getting stuck in the primer hole and pulling out of the die. I may try some clear nail polish and see if that helps. I also thought I would give RCBS a cal and see if they had any suggestions. They are usually pretty good at this sort of thing.

I am now up to #13.

I never have that problem anymore. I bought a rcbs tool that deburrs and and uniforms the flashole. It uses individual caliber quides. I have a Sinclair that doesn't need the individual neck size adapters. They both work really well. Either one would solve your problem.

I've been loading with RCBS for 16-17 years. Never had that kind of problem.

A morbid curiosity as to weather they were helpful or standoff-ish is what caused me to post.

Can't Dillon help you?

I called RCBS as I am using their dies. He was very helpful and offered to send me more pins at no charge. He did suggest that I rough the end of the pin and that would cause it to grip better.
