I have a 16-4, 4" in 95% condition with box papers and unopened tool kit. Considering selling or trading but dont know a current value if I decide to part with it. Any input would be great.

The 16-4 is a sought after item, as indicated by the GB auction.
In my parts a 16-4 goes for between $900 - $1,000, the 4" bbl version is less common and would probably add a premium.
I have 2 of them, I bought the first one new, it took me years to find a second one for sale, If you're on the fence about selling, my advice is keep it because it will be just about impossible to replace it should you want one again.

I agree with gunhacker, the complete set up is easily in the 900-1000 range. I have bought a bunch of them from this forum, the cheapest I paid was 800.
Now I will tell you to keep it, if your determined to part with it list it here. I guarntee you it will be claimed in minutes, maybe hours, plus good pictures help the sell (use photobucket, that way the army will let me see them). Or, I could send you a blank check and you fill in the amount

I paid $1100 for my 4" but it came with a secound cylinder in 32/20. Need to send off for the letter to see if the secound cylinder was a factory job or not. It was wrapped in smith corrosion proof paper etc and fitted in the factory box.
Prices for the 16-4's are obviously trending upward these days. A nice 4" with box and papers ended yesterday on GB with a high bid of $1000, which did not reach the reserve.
I have a total of $745 in the LNIB 4" that I found on GB last year, and I recently found a very nice 6" full target with box and papers at a pawn shop for $810 OTD. I consider both to be very good deals.
