Finally got my hands on a 18-2 . SN: k541xxx puts it around 1963 if I'm reading my book 4 correct. A little holster wear but it is going to be a shooter . Thought I'd share it ! Oh I did just finish shooting it so there a little powder visible.

I actually CHEAT heavily taking a pic like that,,

If you notice in the upper left corner of the pic, you can tell there is wood in the pic,,

I take a gun out on the deck on a completely overcast day.
The clouds act like a perfect "light box" without needing any equipment.

Try taking a pic the next time it is overcast,,
this is the perfect time of the year for capturing overcast lighting,,
