1891 Target w/ Extra Barrel

I've been asked by a friend to gather information on this pistol. Would like to pursue a factory letter if possible. He does intend to sell it along with some other quality antique Colt pistols. I'm going to take them to the Texas Gun Collector Show next month as well as Tulsa in November. I'm open to constructive input. Thanks.

I know this is the S&W forum, but I figured a couple of other items might be appreciated.
First, a Colt #1 derringer,


Second, a Remington 1858 in .44


To be completely honest, all of these are way out of my league & far above my knowledge base. But I'm having a lot of fun researching them.

Neat guns! I think the Remington is an 1875 model
and not an 1858.
