19-3 with later sight screw placement?

I just picked up a reasonably priced 19-3 4 inch. The gun will not win any beauty contests but it is mechanically sound excellent bore and cylinders. Ser number 4K438XX the interesting thing is the rear sight screw appears to be in the same place it is on the 19-4 that I had. I thought one of the major changes from -3 to -4 was the rear sight screw placement due to it being directly above the forcing cone. If anybody has a born on date and additional information it would be great thank you.

After looking deeper the 19-3 in 1967 had the relocation of the rear sight leaf screw.

The -2 to -3 change was relocating the screw so a -3 and -4 have the same screw placement.

The -3 to -4 change was moving the gas ring from the yoke (back) to the cylinder.
That should be confusing since I think you'll see the gas ring on your 19-3 has it in the cylinder and not the yoke.
