Saw a 19-4 P&R blue with 6" w rubber grips at the local store today. Would say about 60% as there is alot of blue loss and the rear sight is bent as if maybe it was dropped. Started out at 450.00 and has been lowered to 325.00. a consignment gun. not sure if it is even worth the 325.00.

As desireable as they are, this is still too high a price. Given the condition, its going to be a shooter and so you need to look at the bore and the lock-up. If either is amiss, I would pass. If the bore is good and timing and lock-up tight, maybe $250 tops and there are plenty folks who wouldn't pay that. The rear sight blade needs replacement too. That's my opinion your geographic area and your needs/desires for the gun could make a different result.
