1911 E Series

Is 825 a good price on a 1911 E Series SS Unfired has it all just as it came from factory.

If you're talking about sku 108482, it's an ok price in my opinion. Best price I've seen is $700 plus shipping and FFL IIRC.

I just had that gun in my hand today at my LGS.. Nice gun. It was also $835 that's a fair price..

I just bought a 1911 E-series SS today. As new in the box out the door,for $800.00, I felt good about the deal. I've seen prices quoted from $550.00 and up on this forum, but I feel as long as the buyer and seller walk away happy with deal, perfect.

I think the gun will be a great addition to my collection and look forward to a day at the range. As it has been said if you want and can afford it get it.

No not yet did talk with the guy and he will not be back in town until some times in Jan. he will call me than , we shall see.

I picked up mine on black Friday at my LGS in Middlefield. The 108482 was on sale for $699. Couldn't pass it up. And I'm so glad I got it.

That's a fair price since they are all over the place anyway. I paid $730 for mine but have seen them sell for much higher in local shops. When it comes to 1911s I was strictly a Colt guy, that was until I held my first "E" series.
