1911 SC CONVERSION BARELL

Greetings from the gun-unfriendly state of MA. Been a forum member for a while. This is my first post. Hopefully, I am raising this question in the correct manner. I am seriously considering a new 1911SC. I would like to know if there are any .22 conversion barells available for this gun. Thank you.

It takes more than a barrel to convert a .45 to .22.
But yes, there are a variety of 1911 .22 conversions available.
Marvel and Advantage Arms are the two I can think of right now.

The cost will not be much less than for a .22 pistol, but it is not a whole gun to get through the Regulatory State.

Jim, thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I am aware that the conversion will require more than just the barell. I used the wrong term in my post. Rookie mistake! Thanks again.
