These grips have some wear (mostly on the right side from carry, I'd presume), but they might be serviceable for someone who has a correct gun to go with them. From minimal perusal of SCSW, looks like they'd be from a 20s era gun. I'm not positive they're a K frame as I haven't yet had a chance to fit them to check - maybe some of you can tell by looking. I have a post-war square butt I and J frames to check them against, but I think they are K. What do these typically go for? I was gonna offer 'em up here, but wanted an honest appraisal of value beforehand. Thanks . . .

They are indeed K frame. I have seen excellent/ like new ones sell up to $125.
Sorry to say but yours look to be well used, shooters. If I was in the market, I'd not pay more than $35 for yours :)
Keep them - you may need them down the road

These are called Diamond Walnut Service stocks, with convex rounded tops. They were manufactured from around 1920 to 1930. As VM states, they are not worth too much, but are in a condition that someone could re-checker and refinish them and have a decent looking set. Looks like there are some numbers on the left stock.

The numbers on the left stock half are almost certainly unrelated to the serial number of the gun they came on - at least as a factory mark. For one thing, they are on the wrong half.
Anyway, I agree that this is a $35 pair at best.
Good to go on a shooter gun.

Here are the stocks on a .38 M&P Mod. Of 1905 – 4th Change Target
