Yeah, I think the sight adjustment tool is the wrong one, don't know about the cleaning tool. It is always nice to have the box.

Sweet deal! Ya gonna love it as soon as you shoot it. I own several K38's in various lengths & they all make my 75 yrs seem younger at the range. BTW if I had seen it first I would have bought it just cuz I could !!

I believe for that vintage gun the SAT should be the screwdriver style with the knurled aluminum handle.
I also believe the cleaning rod would be all metal - probably aluminum - with no plastic end.

The cleaning rod would be one of the ones with a looped end with a MOP and a brush with brass ends.

Found some age approriate targets for the K38. Looks good to me.

This is my 1953 example. I've had it for nearly 10 years and just recently found the non-relieved targets that are period correct. I had to pull them off of a different gun.
Not entirely sure the trigger shoe is from the 1950s, but definitely from a few decades back.
