Old Target Masterpiece with John Hurst grips! She still shoots, not so much this old Nimrod.

I’m in love, L-U-S-T, LOVE!

Those Hurst grips look like they would fit my hand just right... my only problem would be which of my masterpieces got to wear them!
Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

Paul, it is a Bullseye gun. Tuned by a "long gone" gunsmith with a polished trigger, gunsmith installed "trigger stop", hammer enlarged, and frame crane tolerances down to almost zero. cylinder charge holes align perfectly with forcing cone. Has an action as good or better than any Smith I have handled in 55 years of carrying and shooting Smiths, as a cop and a sportsman.

Good shooting and really nice looking gun. I love the K38's and the grips look really nice as well. Looks like a gun that you could shoot all day long.

Those grips are stunning and look equally functional. I recently saw them copied by a Thailand mfg and wondered what the origin of the design was as I thought they were so attractive. Here they are.
Handgun Grips to fit a S&W, K or L frame, square-butt (P1110262)
