Just obtained a Silhouette with ACB prefix serial number with the Bangor Punta box (label missing) so I don't know the exact ship date. Based on the S&W catalog should have been late 83 or 84. Did S&W mixed the pamphlets between Bangor Punta and LSI? Did Bangor Punta make a manual that covered the 10-5/8" barrel or was first version to include the Silhouette the LSI edition? I would think that S&W used up any Bangor Punta pamphlets and didn't throw anything away. I have taken an interest in the paperwork of 60s, 70s, & 80s and would appreciate any info.
