Mr. Wrench and I have been married 20 years today.

I didn't get a new revolver, but he did take me to breakfast way out of town and installed a new light fixture in the kitchen.

I suppose I should keep him another 20 or so, right?;)

When my mother turned 40, my father said that he was going to trade her in for 2 20's. She told him that he was not wired for 220.

He lived a couple of months short of their 60th anniversary.

Last march my wife and I made it to 38 years.

Congrats!

My wife should read this. We been married 46 years I think. Don

PS I think she is going to keep me.

Congratulations,
I believe it goes like this:
5 years Crystal
10 years Silver
15 years Pearls
20 years Breakfast&Light fixtures
25 years New Smith & Wesson handgun
So you only got to be good to him 5 more years.

I've been married 29 years right now she's in intensive care unit at the local hospital. I love that woman more than my life. I make sure to kiss her each night before we go to bed. She once went to a physckic (can't spell it) and he told her you found your soul mate. Only knew her 5 weeks before we got married. Shocked both her and mine parents. Cannot bear being away from her. We should find out what the problem is in the morning. Please say a little prayer for Kathy. that's what love is all about. And congratulations on your anniversary. Frank

Someone on here said he was married for Fifty years and on their tenth anniversary he took his wife to Portugal.

Asked what he did on his Fifty year anniversary he said that he went back to Portugal to get here.

Congrats to you both!

Congrat on making it to 20! Yeah, if he can fix or install a light fixture, keep him. This past November, the wife and I made it to 40 years of marriage. I really do not know what I woud do without her, but I am sure she would tell me.

Congrats, Wrench! It's great when your plan to marry works out with many years of wedded bliss. My wife and I will be clocking 51 years this August. She still is the apple of my eye - I actually kissed her in the middle of a grocery market last week because she still looks so damn cute to me...:)

Happy anniversary Cap to you and your other half!

Oh, I remember our twentieth like it was yesterday....It was 'bout 3 a.m.
I was starring' into a cold cup of coffee at the kitchen table.

My darling bride walks in just as a big tear runs down my cheek, she gently touches my shoulder.

With a smile in her eyes sez, "Ya remember when my father caught us in the hay loft that time?"

"Yes Dear, I do...Your father the Judge said, Son, yur gonna marry my daughter or
I'll personally see to it that you do twenty years at hard labor."

Another tear falls as I utter, "I'd be gettin' out today!" ;):D

Dave

In less than a week, It'll be 42 for us. With any luck I'll be dead before it gets to 75!! That'd be 33 more years.

Happy Anniversary Cap!!! We are coming up on 42 on June 7th. Someone once asked me how it was that I always remembered our anniversary. I told them it was simple. I just take D-Day and add one. Always helps that when I see The Longest Day on television, I know I need to get her flowers and take her out to eat the next day. :D

I think that 30 years is lead.

My folks were married 67 years, or as my Dad would tell us, 5 of the happiest years of his life.

Congrats, young lady.

Congratulations and may you both have many more years together.

Remember, the joy is in the quest.
