21-4 in ICORE

Decided to shoot my long neglected M21-4, 44 spl , in our monthly ICORE match.

The gun ran fine with my reloads, Mernickle holster and various reloaders. I did very well on 2 stages, tanked 2 stages ( all my fault) and came in 3d overall.

Fun day, shooting “big boy bullets” for a change.

We also run a side “BUG” match where barrel length is the only discriminator. So decided to shoot my 24-3, 3 “. Pulled a couple of shots, but I enjoyed shooting this long neglected gun too.

Shot my M21-4 again at this week’s icore match. Did quite well, coming in 2nd, despite some reload bobbles on my part.

The more I shoot it, the more I enjoy it

Another good day with my M21-4. Came in 1st in our small match today. The M21 simply shoots well for me & im getting better with my reloads.

This will likely be the last match for the year w/ the M21-4 as I need to buy some bullets for reloading. I also don’t like loosing any 44spl brass in the anticipated snow.
