AIM Surplus in Monroe Ohio has this .22 ammo available. I ordered a couple thousand rounds right about 160.00 with shipping tax ins etc. Not a great deal but not too bad either. Just an opportunity to pad the stocks a bit.

Next to CCI SV, Blazer is a pretty good ammo. It functions well in just about every gun, always fires, and accuracy is usually only a step below CCI SV. It's a much better ammo than the bulk stuff, including the popular Aguila products.

That was my thinking, even though I have never shot this particular ammo. I am a big fan of the CCI SV and CCI in general. I have some of their suppressor .22 as well and they are good quality rounds. I looked at the invoice again it was actually 157 for 2k rounds, 127 for the ammo then 30 on top of it for tax insurance and shipping.

In Academy today, Aguila .22 LR was $34.95/500, and there was quite a bit of it on the shelves. Lots of CCI and Federal .22 also, but Aguila was the cheapest. I have plenty of .22, don't need to buy more.

Before the craziness, I could find that same Aquilla for $17.95/500. :(
