I don't have any photos on this computer. There really is no way to tell a well made reload that uses the Remington bullet. Almost all reloads use the Hornady bullet (40 gr - .222). I've got boxes of them someplace and if you can take a pix and send it to me or post it, I'll compare for you.

Reloads can often be identified by die marks on the brass. Those can be tumbled or polished off, but its a lot of work for little gain.

OK, thanks. Right now I have been still using up the stock I got when dad gave me me the gun. He did reload, but he also bought boxes of Jet when he found it. So Ive been burning eather dads reloads, or factory stuff. Well these I got look a little diferent. No marks on the case, the bullet is a little more pointed then my old ones [but mine are not as flat as the new ones Ive seen..] and the ones I just got have a crimp in a crimp grove, and my old ones have no crimp.. Ill try to get a good picture of the two.

I dont want to fire some who knows whos reloads, so if Ithink the new ones are reloaded I brake them down and save the case, and bullet.

Thanks.

Ok not a great pic... The one on the left is the one I just got
