I thought this might be a good place to share some .22 revolver pictures. Hopefully I'm not duplicating a thread, but I didn't find one for just .22 revolver pictures. I'll start with the three .22 revolvers I have:

The first is a Model 34-1, 4" six shot. It was a Christmas gift from my wife, and got me started on .22 revolvers.

The second is a Model 63 no dash 4" six shot:

And the third is a Model 63-5 3" eight shot, the current SW offering.

Of the three, for a straight shooter and nothing else, the 3" 63-5 is my most accurate .22 pistol. With that gun in SA I get my best groups of all my .22 pistols. I can't explain why.

Strangely, the 63 no dash is my odd one out. I like to admire the 34-1 for its beauty, I like to shoot the 63-5 for its accuracy, and the 63 no dash spends most of the time in the safe. I'll find a use for it in the future, I am sure.

S&W .22 Revolvers....

Alas! I have but one .22 revolver. :(
'Tis not a Smith & Wesson...

'Tis a .22 Magnum of an unmentionable brand. A brand that begins with "T"... And ends with "aurus"....

I'm so ashamed! :(

:p :D

My 5

I only have five .22 revolvers - 3 S&Ws and a couple of off-brands. :o

Still need to add a couple of J-frames.

This one worked - hard!

OK, already. Enough with the pretty ones.
This K22 is owned by a local octogenarian who purchased it (and the holster) new and used it for 60 years working traplines. Says he long ago lost count of the critters - including bears  he dispatched with it:

This is a much-used K-22 with a King reflector front sight,King cock-eyed hammer and grips by John Hurst, formerly of the LAPD.

And this is my first K-22. It belonged to my uncle who bought it new in 1950 and carried it on his route as a rural mail carrier.

Here's my gateway Smith, a 1958 non model marked four screw K22. It wasn't my first Smith, but it was the one that ignited the collector's lust. It came complete with box, tools, warranty card, and a George Lawrence holster. I met hsguy, who is now my pal and SWCA sponser, when I bought this one. It shoots like a laser.
