I just called S&W to cancel my mag order which I placed last Dec. I ask the Rep How S&W can't get magazines from their manufacturer but 44mag.com has 100 of them at 59.95 each!
No answer. I hope if I need help with my pistols they are a little more knowledgable!! LOL

The way I see it is they sould not cancel you order. They do have there name on the gun they do sell the gun.. They must supply parts for that gun for a certain number of years by law! This is not right at all.. I to ordered my M&P .22 mags from 44Mag.com but they were like $27.00 bucks at that time.. prices are not going up for guns or ammo..I Talked to my dealer this week end and he said his prices are the same from his dealers and his guns and ammo shows it.. new gun pricing is well below MSRP well discounted and his ammo pricing is what it was before this all started.. He said it's the people driving this.. Give it time or just get one extra mag for now that should do.. I go to the range with only one mag to slow me down a bit.. Most places are gouging you all and it should slowdown and end soon if you stop buying the high priced stuff pricing through honest dealers should be the same prices as they were a year ago.. My dealer showed me that with his pricing! George

Dealer cost on a M&P .22 mag is less than $25. 44Mag.com bought all that they could when they could get them. They can name their price, but we don't have to buy from them. Check often with on line vendors like MidwayUSA, Natchez Shooters , etc. the mags will show sooner or later. I got my 4 extra when I could. Bob!!

I agree George
When I told them I placed the order in Dec 2012 and have seen S&W mags on sale other places he just said Well I don't know why ours are on backorder.
I was tempted to order one from 44mag but I just couldn't bring myself to spend $60 for a $24 magazine.

I bought two extra mags with my M&P22 last Friday at my LGS. They were $31.95. They still had some in stock, I dont know if they ship but they are a regional chain so they might 407-889-0842. Good Luck

I agree the more people that won't pay the high prices most places are charging ,And should not be because there cost is the same. The faster they will have to come down.. $31.95 is not to bad at all for right now .. just get one.. I in fact could live with just the one mag that came with the M&P .22 12 rounds is decent and it slows me down at the range loading and that saves me a ton of ammo also let's me talk to other shooters.. .22LR is hard to come by this day and age.. I can find most other calibers if I look or wait for me dealer.. He sells everything, Guns and ammo at there good old pricing as he said to me this weekend his dealers have not gone up in ammo and most guns so he will still continue with his discount pricing before all this started.. I have one honest dealer!! George
