I shoot 625's in USPSA and 627's in Steel Challenge. I stumbled into a deal on a 90%+ 25-2. The trigger and hammer have been jeweled, it has a trigger job, Millet competition rear sight and period combat stocks. So much the better for me as I plan to use it in competition. It's 3 screw, pinned barrel and carries serial # N8 456XX. I'd appreciate one of you guys with "the book" checking on it's birthday.
Strang thing is the serial #. My company # in Navy boot camp in 1964 was 456. The last 3 numbers in my service number are 456. That has been my lucky number for nearly 50 years. Almost like this gun finally made it home.
