Withdrawn.
First up is a M25-2. This gun is in 98+ condition. I bought it from Lee a few years back in unfired condition. I have since put 3-400 rounds through it, mostly cast lead. This gun dates from 1972-74. It is unusual in that it has cylinder throats that measure .452, and sports a factory red ramp front and white outline rear sight.
The checkered rosewood stocks have been refinished by our own forum's VM in a satin finish. The presentation case has a restrored liner by Joe Cebull and the wood has been refinished by yours truely in a satin tung oil finish. For you ultra pickey collectors, it isn't all original. On the other hand, it is probably one of the nicest 25-2's in existance. The RR?WO configuration is not one of a kind. In the past few years I have seen two others. The checkered rosewood grips would bring $2-300 on eBay by themselves.
In addition to the presentation case with tools, you also get a period correct plain blue box with wax paper. This is how the gun was originally shipped.
Asking $775 shipped from my FFL to yours. My FFL charges a flat $50 for shipping, so the gun is actually $725. I'll leave it here another day or so, then off to GB.
Next we have a 19-5 4"
I would liken this gun to a 1985 Corvette that has sat out in the weather for all it's life, but only has been driven a couple of thousand miles. The finish looks pretty nice, but has some areas touched up with cold blue, mainly the cylinder. When I got the gunI inspected it closely and couldn't actually tell that it had ever been fired. I have put about 200 rounds of cast reloads through it and it still has that "new" feel. The stocks have a couple of chips on the bottom. Looks like someone used it to hang up wanted posters.
From a rest at 50 ft. it will keep six rounds in a half dollar size group.

Next is a Taurus 101P. Yeah, I know. It's a Taurus. This is a distributor special that was sold in the US a few years back and while it is still sold overseas, it apparently is not currently available in this country. It is basically a Beretta 92 in .40 S&W, with some twists. First twist is that it is a double stack that will hold 16 rounds. Second, the grip has been widened a very few thousandths and made into a double stack. I can't tell the diifference in this gun and a Beretta 92 as far as width goes. The Taurus has fingergrooves in the grip which none of the other Taurus models or the Beretta 92/96 have. Lastly, unlike the Beretta models, this one can be carried cocked and locked. This gun is in near new condition and shoots very accurately. I have shot both factory loads and cast reloads in it, with nary a bobble. Box, papers and two mags.
Asking $350 shipped to your FFL from mine.
I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow. Still no pics, will try this weekend.
