I have 2 25-7’s one has been shot one is new in the wax paper. Want to customize the shooter. Looking to go snubnose. Does anyone recommend anyone? Would love something along the jovino line.

The 25-7 is a scarce and collectible gun. Its also the best .45 Colt revolver S&W ever made. But I'm sure you know that since you have two. It would be a real shame to cut one up. :(
I'd suggest you sell the 25-7. It won't take long if you post it in the For Sale Forum as these are very desirable.
Then buy a regular 25-5 and cut it down. You'll probably make enough off the 25-7 to buy a donor gun and likely cover most of the conversion cost as well.
Or you could go at it a different way. Build one. That's what I did. The frame is a 28-2, cylinder from a 25-5 and the barrel came from a 25-2. It may take a while to find all the parts, but that's part of the fun. ;) I did all the work myself. It was a fun and educational project. I learned a great deal putting this together. :D

If this is the 5" unfluted cylinder version, you would be making a staggering error. As much as I am not one of those who bemoans modifications to make a firearm work better for your needs, that is simply not the model to which you should make those modifications. Get an older N frame and do the work, as was suggested.
