That right there is messed up... I got the email and it was 49.99 from the start. I'll keep reloading my 2 mags for that price. But I would have bought a couple at $22.95. Watch how many show up on Gunbroker now...

Troll? How so? I have no reason to "posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in this or any online community with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion." (I even cut/pasted that from the interwebz...)

I posted the link within 3 minutes of receiving the email from 44mag.com and after ordering 5 magazines at the prices I stated.

I was not aware of the price being anything other than $22.95 until another form member posted that information.

Please advise on your definition of troll so we can begin a constructive dialog and move forward.

Gone by the time I got the email.

man thought i paid way too much when they had them at 34.99 for the fde 25 rounders. during these times you have to pay to play i guess. Kind of shady that they doubled the price like that but its supply and demand, prices werent high enough apparently since they sold out! I wonder how many they originally had?

WOW, I got the email on my phone walked back in the house and boom , out of stock , ***, oh well I'll just have to do with the four I have, but if the price did jump to $50. I wouldn't bought anyway , this price jumping **** is out of control. I bought mine for $22 from 44Mag just before Christmas. I THINK ITS REAL SAD THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US IN SUCH A WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SO MUCH FOR BEING A COMPANY WITH A GOOD REP WHEN YOUR GOUGING

Yep...my faith in 44mag is down a few notches but hey what the heck....someone bought the bulk of them and they will be on GB soon for probably 100 bucks apiece Would be nice if a whole bunch were released in the next few days to really drive the price down

Why? They charged what the market would bear. Actually since they sold out in seconds, maybe in hind sight, they should have charged more.

You think Bill Gates got so rich by selling his software at the cheapest price possible or what the market would bear?

The way I see it, this is a free country & we are not talking about essentials, such a food or fuel. Don't blame someone for making a profit... no matter how big the profit. At the point you start thinking they don't "need" that profit you then open yourself up to folks asking do you "need" that gun, or do you "need" such a high capacity magazine.

What we are seeing is capitalism at its finest. Supply is currently low & demand is exceptionally high. Economics 101 tells us price will go up until the market can't bear it or supply goes up or demand decreases. Many times, high price decreases demand but if you look at this example, where inventory is bought up in seconds, then we obviously haven't reached that point.

I say don't villainize the sellers or the purchasers, as we live in a free society.
