27-2 & Culinas

Thought I would share pics of newly acquired Culinas. Thanks to forum member 03FatBoy. They are Exhibition Grade Feather Crotch Walnut. I put them on my 27-2 for these pictures. Another example of John's talent.

Very nice, I had 4 of John's Exhibition Grade grips. Sold them off as was taking my grip collection in another direction.

I've been kicking myself in the behind ever since. I really miss those grips in my display case. They really are a work of art. Won't be making that mistake again .

Your 27 shore looks good with that beautiful Culina wood on it. I am a confirmed 27 and Culina addict myself.

The wood is beautiful but my personal opinion is there's too much of it for the 3.5" barrel. Stocks look way too big for the gun. But that's just me.
