27-2 Date of Manufacture?

I wonder if one of my fellow members could help. I was fortunate to acquire a beautiful 27-2 recently, and would like
to determine the build date. Ser# N419XXX
This is my first P&R revolver, and I am very excited. Thank you for your help.

According to the SCSW, it was made around 1977-1978 time frame

And yes, the Model 27s are beautiful revolvers. I own 2 with 5" barrels, 1 with a 6 1/2" barrel and I just won an auction on GB for a 4" 27-2 nickel that looks unfired just 15 minutes ago. I'm trying to collect at least 1 in all the common barrel lengths.
