I just ran across a Model 29-2 at my favorite gun store. It's cosmetically challenged by a lot of finish wear but still seems solid, and I bought it for a reasonable ammount I think. Now how to tell my wife...

Price? Finish? Grips? Serial number? Length? And as always, this thread isn't valid without pics.

Oh ya, my fav.....Definitely need pic's....

I can provide a few details but no photographs at this time (don't know how): 4" barrel, blued, Pachmyrs which I replaced with some walnut Herrett Jordan Troopers I had around, cost $450 and I didn't negotiate, SN N14xxxx. It is VERY smooth in function and has quite a bit of holster wear. Happily, my wife was fine with my purchase! I'll shoot it soon.

Congratulations on a great find. I've been looking for that exact same gun in that exact condition. If you ever wanted to trade into a K22 Target Masterpiece, you know where to find me....

Posting pics is easy, and not hard to find out how with a little bit of effort. First, you need a device to take digital pics. Second, you need a computer to upload the pics onto. Third, you need a place to "host" your pics: Facebook, MySpace etc. Fourth, upload your pics to your host site. Fifth, right-click on your pic [once uploaded to facebook/myspace] click "properties" and copy the address of the pic. Sixth, in your post, click on the yellow box above with mountains in it, when it prompts you for address of pic..paste pic address in it. I'm sure you've done alot harder things in life than this.
