29 4 screw value?

Have an opportunity to pick up a Smith Wesson 29-0 with 6 1/2 barrel wearing coke bottle grips in great shape. He is wanting $1200 cash. Serial # places date of birth from 1959-60... I have been thinking of this gun since I saw it several months ago. Is that worth driving 2 hours to pick up? Thanks for any help..
