Yes, the N frame barrel shank threads have been the same since their inception with the New Century ("Triple Lock") in 1907.
However, there may be a difference in barrel shank length and the forcing cone cut to accommodate shorter/longer cylinders of more recent .45 Colt chamberings. I believe it to be the same as the .45 ACP M1917.
