There is a small price difference. Thanks

If you were looking at the deluxe TALO edition, it would feature non-MIM parts along with the wood grips.
And where did you get this information.
How do you like that 686?When I purchased my 686 3" Dlx TALO four years ago, I logged it into my inventory book with notes regarding the TALO 686 having been manufactured with forged hammers and triggers. For what it is worth and maybe not much, this information came from researching the interweb for TALO dealers that carried this gun. This specific detail (forged hammer and trigger) was listed in the specifications of some dealers like Gallery of Guns, Tombstone Tactical and others. That info is still out there but after looking at the trigger and the hammer of my TALO 686, I have to conclude that the hammer and trigger are NOT forged. So, I must say, lesson learned and thanks to bigggbbruce for helping with this correction. The members of the S&W forum and their vast knowledge is why I enjoy this site.
