3 Degrees here this morning. My poor beagle who's 12 years old could barely make it back into the house. I was seconds away from having to go pick him up out of the snow. Seems his poor legs stopped working either from pain, cold, or both. :(

Hope it warms up a little.

What did you expect from a state shaped like a mitten? :D

We have only gotten down to single digits once this year==unlike most years. Only one snowstorm (and it's almost Christmas!). Today is a balmy 33 predicted.

It's about 20º F and windy here and Cody was out in the falling snow right now for a few minutes before he though it would be much better to come in for breakfast. :)

3 degrees. Wow! Are you headed off to the beach today? I spent a whole lot of days outside when the temperature was -40. Got to fix the car one time in -60 with a 40 mph wind. That kind of sucked. Makes 3 degrees seem pretty tropical.

Looking at a high of 63 today, not tropical but typical for this time of year. As long as it's above 60 I can tolerate it and don't mind going outside.

Not to bad here, nights are kinda cool thou.

A little something to help y'all relax and take the chill off.

We saw this comfy looking hammock today when we went for lunch at Benny's on the beach (on the pier actually) in Lake Worth, FL. Had some yummy Jerk Chicken and Beef Brisket.

I know, I know. Doesn't mean I can't complain. :D I didn't choose to be born here. AZ sounds better and better every winter.

Seems like half of Canada and the Midwest winter in AZ. A half a million people must know something. My wife told me she was going down there in March to stay with a friend for about a month. We spent a few winters down there in an RV. You can get used to it.:D Me, I run a little hot and 75° is a shade too warm.

The few years we lived in SC, i used to post things like our wonderful winter weather forecasts on FB for my family and friends back home..... did not always make them happy, and now that we're back up in WI I feel a bit of karma biting me in the booty when i get the chills now (we hit 7 the other am)

Was so cold here this morning that when my dog peed it froze to a solid arc. Had to chip it off to get his frozen carcass back to the house. Now I can't get him off the hearth.

Minus 5 here in VT this morning. Official winter (winter solstice) is still 6 days away.

My 81 year old brother can no longer lift his golden lab back into the house on cold days.

The vet showed him how to give the dog ibuprofen,,
the pain relief is just enough that the lab can get in and out of the house herself.

So, the ibuprofen given to the dog actually relieves my brothers over-activity pain!!

:D
