Yes, 14 round mags are available. That is what I use with the pistol in nightstand mode.

S&W keeps developing quality pistol products! I really like flat-faced triggers, and have them on my S&W PC Shield Plus 9, M&P 10mm 2.0, SIG P320X5 Legion, and SIG P226 SAO Legion. Although I don't own any suppressors (yet!), I haven't had any issues using the suppressor height sights and am really beginning to like them.

It's not once you understand the M&P45 is not a full size .45. It is a full size M&P, but it's a stack and a half .45. The M&P45 only holds 10 rounds because it's a .40 designed to fire the .45 ACP.

The only real difference is the barrel is wider, the chamber is longer, and the scallop in the slide is less scalloped. The majority of the parts are identical to the 9mm/.40. The magazines while longer, are the same width as the 9/.40 magazines.

It has a width of only 1.04". You lose capacity but gain a significantly more comfortable and shootable gun.
