Sorry- I'm loading 100-gr hardcasts, not jacketed stuff. FWIW, I am playing with Sharpe's data (but never quite getting up that high) and other old data as I have a couple strong solid frame guns. Sharpe's book is pretty easy to find reproduced online.

I've used the Speer #14 load of seven grains of H110 with their 100gr JHP.

The load is not flashy as with most H110 loads.

The 85 grain bullet shoots low in my gun

At the velocities you can achieve shooting JHP's in a .32 SWL is not cost effective.

I find the Hornady 90 grain SWC to be a good bullet for this small .32 caliber.

Save your JHP's for the magnums and shoot the less expensive lead for practice.

Another bullet to use is the 115 gr LFN 32-20 bullet is S&W long cases, this makes the old 32 Colt Police load, which your gun may like. A good reloading manual will have a Unique load. I use WW231 in mine. Those bullets should be available at suppliers to cowboy action shooters, order them sized .311-.313 not .308. Ivan
