Man I love that gun. Held one the other day. Nothing compares to the trigger action on a N frame. I love the looks, haven't shot one.

Who did you order it from?

Put one on order and was told it may be mid-October before I get it.

Love mine although I haven't shot it yet. Wasn't too crazy about the trigger stop since the edge was sharp and cutting a nick into the frame so softened it a bit with a file.

Hope you get your sight rail as mine didn't have one in the box and S&W is backordered.

Mine is very accurate. Fun to shoot double action. Weighs the same as a 4" K-frame. Main spring strain screw tends to back out, I have not applied loctite there yet.

327 TRR8 and 327 M&P R8 are close but not quite the same thing. A local shop here has a LNIB 327 for $750. But I want an M&P.

I purchased the 327 PC Jerry Miculek version. It's the 8 shot with alloy frame, titanium cylinder and barrel shroud - it weighs less than a 4 inch K-frame. Accuracy of the Walther barreled gun is outstanding. It have yet to decide if it will replace my 627 PC. I only have used my 327 with light loads for steel plate shoots - the recoil is noticeably sharper but it comes back on target much more rapidly. The deciding factor will be how it feels after a 200 round match.

I got it today, look's and feel's great.I will probably shoot it tomorrow.I did some trading for it at a local gun shop.

It would be great if S&W came out with something similar to the 327 JM again.

RD,I have the TR8 and LOVE it, just can't seem to have enough ammo on hand to make it happy, lol.
This is a great feeling shooter, the trigger is nice and smooth, the accuracy is phenomenal, much better then I am.
The only thing I am going to change is the front sight, but that is just me.
Happy shooting!
