Just FYI...I ordered 32rd Pmags on 2-25-13 with their home page saying 6+ weeks lead time and I got an email yesterday saying they shipped so only 3 week lead time. So they mite be doing alot better than their website says.

Pmag or Promag??? And I don't think the latter is doing any better considering I haven't heard anything about my 1/31 order.

yea that is weird.Yet my order from 1/26 is still hung up as "Processing" ....Promag's shipping policy boggles my mind.

Go on their site and leave a bad review. Ask them what's going on. I just did. Maybe if they get enough of them they will straighten things out.
I posted about this on another thread recently. I made a phone call after placing an order on 1/22. The CSR informed me that someone was fired over the monumental error of shipping newer orders out before the back-orders. There were a few lucky SOBs that got theirs in less than a week, while others have waited over the 6 week time frame. I did receive an email stating that my order shipped shortly after FINALLY getting to speak to a human being(3/9), but have yet to receive anything. Plus their website doesn't have a tracking number, so I'm just patiently waiting.

I made an order with them for 2 32rd mags a week ago I believe. Haven't heard anything about it yet. Nor has any money came out of my account.

Just left a bad review. I specifically pointed out that the review was of their customer service and not the mags that I've yet to see.
That doesn't help much..... when did you place the order?

Not to butt in but i had an order straight from promag industries for about 2 months and it still said processing. saw a link on here one day for promag 32 rounders in stock at tactical vantage. i ordered 5 from them on the 7th of this month and they are arriving tomorrow. i quickly canceled through promag industries. they seem to be getting more in stock more frequently so keep checking them out guys.
