34-1 Cylinder

As I was shooting my 34-1 today, I had a misfire. First one ever. I assumed it was a bad round, but then noticed there was no dent in the primer. When I closed it up to try again, the cylinder closed, but wouldn't lock in place. It spins (the opposite direction) freely. It will still fire, though.

Where should I start with this? Keep in mind, I'm a rookie with anything past standard maintenance.

I would say off the top of my head. Your spring on the cyl. lock or the lock its self
