In September 1987, I had stopped by one of the Hospitals to use the Phone and get a cup of Coffee…The E.R. Director said " Mikey, there's a new Nurse I want You to meet"..I replied " Is She Single" Yes.." How many Kids does She have?" None ..
He walked me over to a treatment room where She was finishing up Bandaging a male patient and introduced Me..She conducted her own investigation with the rest of the Nurses and staff on Me…
First Date , She sunk my boat…I posted about that a while back..Took care of Me thru 3 work related Surgeries…And went with me to the toughest, and last Police Funeral I attended in the early 90s…She became a real Mom to my oldest, who has two years to go before Retirement,and our Daughter will be starting her 3rd. Year of Surgery Residency at a large Hospital in a couple weeks... M.D.
