.38 S&W Ammo Needed

Bass Pro Shop in Lawrenceville, GA usually has it in stock, and it can be found on-line. Buffalo Bore makes a self defense load in this caliber.

The BB cartridge is on the right, left is a standard 146 grain LRN.

SG Ammo in OK (A free state) God Bless OK. Buy USA ammo...

I dug a chunk of PMC Korean **** from my face fired through my .44 Mag last weekend. Deep too...

Reeds used to offer a 200gr load, dunno if they still do. It will shoot to POA from the British guns instead of way low like the domestic 146gr stuff.

Buffalo Bore ammo should not be used in any top break .38 S&W revolvers, especially older ones, only solid frame. Any other factory .38 S&W ammo is OK in top breaks.

If you ever go to gun shows, often some can be found there. Dealers may be persuaded to special order some for you. Any way you go (unless you load your own), .38 S&W ammo is somewhat costly.
