38 safety DA?

Greetings from Canada...
have an old 38 safety Da revolver that I can not ID
was supposedly used by "Red" Ryan in 1930's
any help would be appreciated,as I have run out of search options....

Thanks everyone...great to be here.....I have the aforementioned 38 registered with the RCMP...even though they can't find one in their database to validate it...so I started searching the web...came up with the 38 safety DA...but would like some REAL person to confirm what revolver I actually have...
