38 Special & 12 Gauge, a beautiful couple from the roaring thirties, publish your breathtaking combinations

My collection is enriched by two icons of the roaring thirties, the revolver is in excellent condition, the rifle on the other hand is in acceptable condition, difficult to find it here in Italy.
Winchester 1897 12 ga 19" barrel SN C86792, I love this shotgun and a nice Smith & Wesson 1905 Military & Police 4th change 6 inch SN 621221.

Great pair, Marcelo!. I inherited my grandfather's 1897 Winchester which now lives in my son's safe. It is 30+ years older than yours and shows a lot more wear. But, I con't have a comperage K frame, just a Triple Lock of about the sme age.

Here's a couple from the roaring 20's. The shotgun is a STEVENS 520 along with a 2nd model 44spl (1923) and a 1905 32-20 target 4th change (1927).

I like the pairings.. I am also a big fan of the Stevens 520... well done... I don't have an old enough Smith and Wesson to pair with mine...

I recently added a 1941 20" Winchester '97 to my collection too. It was used to support the war effort here in the USA.

Can't Resist posting. . . it is unknown whether any US Army S&W Model 1899s got to the Philippines War from 1899 to 1902, but certainly served in the same era, along with my nice Model 1898 30-40 Krag rifle and all the accoutrements.
