whitetailacres I believe you've given us an assembly number from the frame with the cylinder opened, not the sn. The serial number is in the butt of the grip frame, you made need to remove the stocks to see it.

The H serial numbers are .32 not 38 spl.

What picture? If you attached one, I don't see it.
Unless you know that the gun has some aftermarket finish, the combat masterpiece would be either blued, or nickel plated, not chrome plated.

I was speaking of your gun described in original post. The chrome plating is after market for sure, but still believe it to be a Combat Masterpiece - unless a picture proves that incorrect.
