my 38 is practically identical to this one in the youtube video [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5t3AEexT6GE[/ame] only difference is i would say my grips are a tad darker probably just from age and wear but i would love to know more about it if any at all possible

If it looks just like that Model 15-3 in the video, swing the cylinder out of the frame (like you are going to load it) and look at the flat space on the side of the frame just in front of the cylinder and below the barrel. There should be a stamping that says MOD 15-x, where the x is another digit. That will be your model number.

To post pictures:
1) start a new post,
2) click on the ADVANCED button below the window where you type your post,
3) scroll down to where you see the Manage Attachments button and click it,
4) a new window will open up, click on the Choose File button
5) browse to the folder where your picture is located and click on the one you want to attach
6) click on the Upload button
7) Repeat steps 3-6 to upload additional pictures - you can attach up to 5 pictures per post.
8) when you are done attaching pictures, click on the words Close This Window up at the top to close the Manage attachments window
9) click on the Submit Reply button

This will attach "thumbnail" copies of your photos and when you hover over them with your cursor they will expand into larger versions.

It isn't a hard as it may sound and after doing it a time or two it will come very naturally.

Hope that helps.

I’m old and feeling older every day. I get confused when I try to read 50+ word sentences without ANY punctuation. I’m sorry that I can’t help. Capital letters, commas, and periods are very helpful.
