.380 EZ trigger work

Has anyone here worked on their .380 EZ's trigger?

I would like a cleaner, more crisp trigger break.

I haven't tried anything yet on the .380 ez. I bought one for my girlfriend for Christmas last year. I was suprised how much I liked it. For reference I normally carry 1911s and revolvers. At my lgs I tried out the regular EZ and the performance center model. I couldn't tell a difference in the triggers between the two.

I have the EZ 9 and I'm happy with the trigger as it is. For a carry gun it works great at 4 lbs. No creep and breaks really clean. Perhaps I'll get a round to stoning it some but I really think I'll just leave it alone and see what happens after shooting it a bunch.

Most triggers need about 500 - 750 rounds to "break in". If it isn't at about 4 lbs and smooth by then it might benefit from some work. It has always been my opinion that if you don't know how to do it, don't do it, have a knowledgeable person do it. If you want to learn take some training before attempting. It can be very expensive to do trigger jobs the first time without training.
