The first one with the stylized L and the flames is the Belgium proof mark applied to barrels of foreign manufacture , The "F with star" is the inspectors initial that performed the proofing and the one in the center "s" , I have no clue .
The European officials love to put that **** all over the guns.
Its a re-import that was initially exported through Belgium.
The flaming bomb is a the mark indicating proof of foreign arms
The cursive letter S (with line beneath) signifies 1980
The letter F with the asterisk above denotes Joseph Scholtissen (Controller of Proof)

I think this 39-2 was part of buy of former police arms.
I'm pretty sure this Hi-Power was part of the same buy (although not a re-import). This "proofmark" seems a strong indication that it was in French service before being rescued.
